David L. Zive is a transactional finance attorney with over three decades of experience in real estate and commercial finance.
David focuses on commercial lending with an emphasis on loan originations, loan restructurings and distressed debt transactions, as well as creditors’ rights and enforcement matters. He represents creditors and borrowers at all stages of the credit life cycle of commercial loans, including construction loans, bridge loans, and permanent financings. He also counsels lenders, servicers and investors in connection with dispositions and acquisitions of distressed commercial loans. He possesses significant knowledge of structured finance, debt restructuring, asset management, and mergers and acquisitions.
