Catherine Warren is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing on commercial matters and environmental law. She has experience working on a wide variety of commercial issues, including business, securities, and real estate disputes. In addition, she assists clients in environmental litigation matters and provides counsel on regulatory and transactional matters related to the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Toxic Substances Control Act, California's Prop 65, emerging matters related to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), as well as state and local level regulatory requirements. Catherine also dedicates her time to assist with pro bono matters and has been a key member in class action civil rights litigation.
While in law school, Catherine was a law clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, Federal Tort Claims Act Section and interned with Administrative Law Judge Antoinette Eates at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
