Priya Vivian serves as co-leader of the firm’s Labor and Employment Group. She is a dedicated employment adviser and litigator. Her solutions-oriented practice focuses on advising and representing employers on the full employment cycle, from hiring to terminations and beyond.
Priya provides tailored and strategic guidance to employers on hiring, executive agreements, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, leaves, disability accommodation, employment policies, discipline, and separations. She also provides engaging on-site and virtual training that captures the latest local, state, and federal employment law updates. She defends employers in class and collective actions, wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment matters before administrative or government agencies, arbitration panels, and state and federal court.
