C. Ben Vila is a Finance associate who focuses his practice on project finance and public finance matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, he worked as a corporate associate at a Chambers-ranked law firm, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, and corporate governance matters.
Before his legal career, Ben gained years of experience in the clean energy industry, developing residential and commercial solar projects and designing and implementing clean energy public policy and programs, including for the Philadelphia Energy Authority.
