Denise Veldman

Denise Veldman is an associate in the firm’s Business and Transactions Department who counsels publicly traded and privately held companies on complex business and legal transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. During law school, Denise worked at Ballard Spahr as a summer associate. She also interned at the Denver District Attorney’s Office and for the Hon. Elizabeth Harris in the Colorado Court of Appeals.
