Puja Upadhyay is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department who focuses her practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Puja worked on employment and complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts in Delaware.
While attending law school, Puja worked as a judicial intern for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. In this position, she prepared draft opinions and performed legal research.
Prior to law school, Puja worked in health policy and public health, focusing on promoting health equity and evidence-based policymaking.
