These include referral, kickback and fee splitting prohibitions, requirements related to corporate telehealth/telemedicine infrastructure and the corporate practice of medicine doctrine. Eric drafts and reviews agreements related to acquisitions, affiliations, health data, professional services, administrative services and provider reimbursement.
