Karli Lubin Talmo is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department who focuses her practice on labor and employment matters. She represents both public and private employers in litigation involving claims under federal and state law. Karli has litigated federal and state court actions involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, restrictive covenants, wage and hour, and breach of contract claims. She also counsels employers on a wide range of matters, including workplace investigations and the development of workplace policies, agreements, restrictive covenants, and handbooks.
Karli also represents government entities, universities, and health care institutions in grievance arbitrations involving disputes regarding employee discipline and contract interpretation.
