Maheen Surani is an associate in the firm’s Finance department, focusing her practice on real estate finance matters. Her practice includes drafting and reviewing legal documents related to real estate loan transactions. She has also assisted with research and writing legal memos for real estate litigation and transactional matters. Maheen worked as a law clerk during the summer and fall of 2022 in the firm’s real estate practice, where she assisted with a broad array of real estate finance transactions.
