Camarie J. Stephenson is a real estate lawyer with a national practice and local experience. She focuses on commercial development, leasing, zoning, land-use, resorts, and financing of real property. She concentrates on retail and office leasing, affordable housing, acquisitions, dispositions, construction, zoning and entitlements.
Camarie works closely with in-house legal teams, business professionals, and compliance officers and assists real estate transactions from inception to completion. She is actively engaged with governmental entities, landlords, tenants, borrowers and lenders. Camarie also has experience with corporate matters, including, governance, organization, mergers and work outs.

- Represents the Point of the Mountain State Land Authority in connection with the redevelopment of the Utah State Prison, which is being relocated within the state. Ballard’s team is working on all aspects of the project including creation of a Development Agreement, disposition of the land and development parcels, creation of condominium structures, special financing structures, and general state and regulatory counsel.
- Represents a national sporting goods retailer in leasing and general real estate matters.
