Hayley Steele

Hayley Steele is a Litigation associate whose focus is commercial litigation and dispute resolution. While attending law school at the University of Minnesota, she worked as a summer associate at Ballard Spahr. She also has held several other law clerk positions, in which she conducted research, document reviews, and writing, as well as supported attorneys in their preparation for hearings, trials, and arguments.

Before law school, Hayley volunteered as an AmeriCorps VISTA member, where she worked on neighborhood revitalization projects in low-income communities. While in law school, Hayley served as a Certified Student Attorney in her law school’s Immigration and Human Rights Clinic, where she represented clients seeking asylum. She also was a member of her law school’s ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition team.
