Heather St.Clair advises business owners, in-house counsel and HR professionals in solving issues that arise in the workplace. Her practice focuses on cases involving negligent hiring issues and large wage and hour class actions.
Heather also counsels clients on employment issues, including contracts, termination, handbooks, arbitration agreements, meal breaks, and other wage and hour policies.
Outside of her law practice, Heather is a mom and a Navy veteran who enjoys spending time outdoors.
