Michele Solari is a New York labor and employment attorney. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Michele worked at a top-ranked Chambers USA law firm, where she handled employer-side labor and employment matters. In this position, she handled all phases of litigation and collaborated with clients to provide advice, counseling, and practical business solutions.
Michele also worked as a Deputy Attorney General in the litigation section at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General State Police, Employment, and Corrections, where she represented the state, its agencies, and its employees in labor and employment and civil rights litigation matters in federal and state courts. While attending law school, Michele held several law clerk positions.
