Jared Sheinberg is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department, focusing on real estate matters. Jared represents financial institutions, private equity and debt funds, REITS, and various other lenders and borrowers in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of mortgage and mezzanine loans ranging from $2 million to $200 million. He has experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, intercreditor agreements, real estate contracts, as well as purchase and sale agreements, amendments, and various other contracts.

- Advised a large real estate investment banking firm on a sale and leaseback of a global headquarter campus and the negotiation of the bond lease, and on the design, structure, and implementation of a simultaneous $892 million financing transaction for the property.
- Represented a large multifamily and commercial real estate direct lender in a $67,400,000 loan for the construction of a build-for-rent community of single family homes in Arizona.
- Represented a large multifamily and commercial real estate direct lender in a $59,590,000 loan for the development of a community of 240 single-family build-for-rent homes in Arizona.
