Justin Sharp is a transactional attorney with a focus on real estate finance matters. Justin represents lenders, developers, and investors in financing transactions involving commercial, office, industrial, hotel, medical, and multifamily properties across the United States. He also works on behalf of clients in the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of real estate assets.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Justin was an associate at a national law firm where his practice focused on transactional and regulatory matters for banking and real estate clients. During law school, Justin investigated housing discrimination claims as an intern for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and served as a judicial extern to Chief Judge Bruce W. Black, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
