Laura L. Seidel co-leads the firm's Insurance Company and Institutional Investments Team and leads the firm's Banking and Financial Services Insurance Industry Team. She practices general real estate law, with a focus on financing, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, loan servicing matters, and distressed asset matters. Laura has significant experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing acquisition loans, bridge loans, construction loans, and permanent loans secured by assets and by all types of commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial, warehouse, multifamily, assisted living, and hotel properties. Laura is licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia.
