Jonathan Schirmer is a construction lawyer who represents public and private owners, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and design professionals on complex public and private matters in state and federal court. He has extensive experience in federal contracting issues at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and high-stakes bid protest actions at the Government Accountability Office and regularly advises bidders and public owners on procurement issues.
The son of a contractor, Jonathan grew up on construction sites and is committed to helping construction professionals navigate and solve complicated disputes and the legal landscape of commercial litigation.
