Elizabeth Schilken has litigated a variety of intellectual property disputes, focusing on claims of copyright infringement, trademark infringement and breach of implied-in-fact contract (idea submission). She also has extensive experience litigating matters of misappropriation of name and likeness/right of publicity, defamation, unfair competition, breach of confidence, breach of fiduciary duty, and interference with contract. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she worked as a newspaper reporter and editor.
