Lisa Seeman co-leads the Leasing Team in the firm's Real Estate Development and Transactions Group. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate, lending, and business acquisitions and dispositions. Lisa works with lenders and borrowers in all aspects of commercial loans and workouts, buyers and sellers in commercial land transactions, landlords and tenants with commercial leases, and non-traditional lenders and investment funds.
Lisa is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Real Property Specialist, a prestigious title held by only two percent of attorneys practicing in her field.

- Seconded to the Global Real Estate and Operations Department of a Ballard client that is an international media and entertainment company
- Represent landlord clients owning office buildings in Twin Cities Metro area, in all leasing and tenant matters
- Represent lenders providing bridge acquisition and construction loans to commercial borrowers, both locally and nationally
- Represent downtown skyscraper building owners in office, retail, skyway, and restaurant space leasing, conversion and renovation matters
