Katherine Rodriguez is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing on both traditional labor and employment litigation. She counsels clients on complex labor and employment decisions and represents employers at all stages of litigation, from local state and federal agency proceedings through litigation in state and federal court.
Katherine has experience advising clients on collective bargaining and union campaigns, conducting internal investigations, and handling state and federal employment complaints for discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. She also prepares employee trainings on workplace discrimination and harassment prevention.
