Joan Robinson represents and advises financial institutions, large and small businesses, and individuals in a wide range of real estate and banking-related matters. Having worked in-house for more than 18 years, Joan is appreciated by clients for the unique sensibility she brings to her role, understanding business from the inside and having developed the ability to analyze, structure, and negotiate complex transactions. 

As former senior counsel for a national bank, she also brings a knowledge of how financing and financial institutions work, including some of the newer non-bank activities of those trying to fill niche markets.
