Paige Presley is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department, focusing her practice on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including all phases of acquisition, disposition, leasing and development transactions. Paige has also represented lenders and borrowers in numerous financing transactions, including origination and securitization of single-family rental loans and warehouse facilities ranging from $100 million to $2.5 billion in value.
