Alayna Piwonski is a management-side employment attorney who aims to help employers achieve their business objectives through the cultivation of a fully compliant and efficient workforce.
In conjunction with clients’ needs, Alayna excels in reviewing and crafting employment agreements, handbooks, and personnel policies, emphasizing her commitment to ensuring that employers have a solid foundation for their workforce. Her experience also includes defending employers in wage and hour class action lawsuits, where strategic thinking is geared towards safeguarding the operational integrity of employers. Alayna also supports HR professionals and in-house teams by providing guidance on workplace challenges and concerns. In trial, she believes in creative and pragmatic legal strategies that allow employers to achieve their broader business goals.
Prior to joining the firm, Alayna built foundational experience representing both employers and employees in employment litigation in both state and federal court.
