Kristen Petagna is an associate in the Litigation Department. Kristen’s practice focuses on commercial litigation in both federal and state courts, including class action defense, product liability defense, employment matters, breach of contract/warranty claims, consumer fraud matters, environmental matters, and white collar defense. Kristen has extensive experience researching and drafting legal memorandums and dispositive motions across various areas of litigation.
As a law school student, Kristen researched and wrote memoranda and briefs across a range of legal matters, including employment discrimination, consumer fraud, landlord/tenant disputes, breach of contract, and class certification. She also attended mediation and drafted motions, complaints, discovery, and deposition summaries.
