His practice also emphasizes condominium development, zoning and entitlements, consumer purchase and financing documents for vacation offerings, regulatory analysis of laws affecting the timeshare industry, and the creation of new travel and vacation products.

Representative Matters
- Played leadership role in managing due diligence and issue analysis, drafting transaction documents, and implementing post-closing integration for sale and acquisition of nearly a dozen national and international single-site and multi-site timeshare programs. Represented both buyers and sellers in deals totaling over $2 billion with inventory located in Canada, Mexico, California, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, South Carolina, Utah, Washington, and numerous other jurisdictions.
- Oversees regulatory registrations and filings for multiple timeshare programs in approximately 30 jurisdictions. Understands registration requirements and state-by-state intricacies required to successfully maintain large registration portfolios.
- Served as counsel for terminations, repurposings, conversions, and dispositions of obsolescent timeshare resorts in multiple jurisdictions, including Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and Wyoming. Guided clients through successful informational campaigns, amendments to governing documents, owner votes, drafting of termination documents, and association dissolutions.
