- Served as local counsel for Horizon Lines, Inc. in its $75 million term loan for the purchase of two D-7 class containerships.
- Represented Horizon Lines, Inc. in negotiations with the Port of Anchorage resulting in a consolidation of Horizon’s leases, easement agreements, licenses, crane use, and berthing agreements for Horizon’s containership operations.
- Represented Horizon Lines, Inc. on its lease for containership operations in Dutch Harbor, Alaska.
- Represented a national bank financing an Alaska Native corporation's acquisition of Peak Oilfield Service Company.
- Represented a national bank on multiple credit facilities to a Canadian borrower and its British Columbia, Yukon Territory and Alaska subsidiaries, secured by the real estate, ground leases, tidelands lease agreements, locomotives and railcar assets of the White Pass and Yukon Railway.
- Represented a national bank on a revolving credit facility secured by a portfolio of Alaska, Washington, Arizona and Texas residential apartment buildings.
