Dustin O’Quinn is the Practice Leader of the firm’s Immigration Group. He counsels employers of all sizes in all areas of immigration law, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, with a focus on the health care, technology, design, higher education, and financial industries. 

Dustin develops immigration programs for startups, counseling companies on corporate structure, funding, and investor relations. He also advises large corporations on the immigration implications of mergers and acquisitions, I-9 compliance, and government audits.
