Jenna R. Millman concentrates on taxation and estate planning, succession planning for closely held and family businesses, and estate and trust administration. In particular, she designs and helps implement complex estate plans for high-net-worth individuals and families in the United States and abroad. She also represents beneficiaries and fiduciaries in all aspects of estate and trust administration, including analysis and advice with respect to tax reporting obligations, preparation of nonjudicial settlement agreements, and preparation of court accountings and petitions.
