Stefanie Malone-Zeitz

Stefanie Malone-Zeitz focuses her practice on financial services within the firm’s Litigation Department. She has extensive experience representing clients in both state and federal courts on business and transactions, real estate, tax, and estate planning litigation matters. Stefanie’s litigation experience also includes residential and commercial foreclosure matters, bankruptcy actions, student loan actions, landlord/tenant actions, as well as settlement conferences and mediations and defensive actions involving TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA violations. She handles all aspects of pleadings from initial complaints through contested actions to settlements and dismissals.
