Jessica Laderman Origlio is a corporate and transactional attorney who counsels publicly traded and privately held companies on a broad spectrum of corporate law matters. Jessica counsels companies on mergers, acquisitions and general corporate matters, with an emphasis on growth strategy for emerging growth companies, start-ups, and venture capital funds. She plays an integral role in the firm’s commitment to the entrepreneur ecosystem as well as the firm’s widely recognized accelerator program: Ballard Academy for Student Entrepreneurs (BASE).
Prior to law school, Jessica worked as a business development analyst at a large corporate law firm.
