Philip Legendy advises health plans, hospitals, providers, pharmacies, facilities, and other health care companies on a range of complex statutory, regulatory, and business matters. He co-leads our Health Care industry team and has extensive experience with Medicare Advantage, the Affordable Care Act, Original Medicare, the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and other areas. Prior to entering the practice of law, Philip served as a Wall Street equity research analyst covering life sciences companies.
