Katlyn Koegel is an associate who practices political and election law with a focus on lobbying, public policy, and campaign finance. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Katlyn worked at a large Midwest law firm where she provided estate and trust administration services and advised on tax planning issues.
In addition, Katlyn has experience working with nonprofit organizations on incorporation, internal governance, and tax-exempt applications. As a policy intern, she worked with private foundations to analyze grant applications and manage awarded grants.
