Daniel Kittle works tirelessly in advocating fiercely for his clients, representing businesses and individuals in highly contentious business disputes, primarily in state and local tax (SALT). For nearly 15 years, Dan has helped clients navigate complex business litigation matters with integrity, while minimizing the disruption to their business and fighting for favorable resolutions.
Dan’s SALT experience includes business and occupation tax classification and apportionment disputes, sales and use tax application and exemptions, real estate excise tax matters, and property tax appeals. He is a member of the Council on State Taxation and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. Dan is also certified through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in taking and defending depositions, trial advocacy, and oral advocacy.
