Samay Kindra is a member of the Infrastructure Group, where he advises clients on alternative project delivery with an emphasis on public-private partnership (P3) projects to construct and improve public and private infrastructure.
As a Ballard Spahr summer associate for two summers, Samay reviewed partnering agreements and proposals for public-private partnership projects. In addition, he wrote research memoranda concerning civil procedure, real estate, and political law matters, and drafted motions and memoranda of law for civil rights and employment litigation.
Samay is active in public and political affairs in Maryland and the greater Baltimore area, and has served in a number of positions in the offices and campaigns of local, state, and national elected officials and organizations.
