Mia Kim is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and focuses her practice on labor and employment matters. She represents employers in local, state, and federal agency proceedings through litigation in state and federal court in actions involving discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims.
Mia has experience assisting clients with traditional labor matters, including contract negotiations, arbitrations, and unfair labor practices. She also helps employers develop workplace policies and employee handbooks.
