Catherine Kennedy is a Denver-based Litigation associate who represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters. She focuses her practice on high-stakes antitrust, securities, consumer fraud and protection class actions, and other complex commercial litigation and disputes. She also represents clients in federal and state government investigations and counsels clients on regulatory compliance issues. Her clients span a variety of industries, including insurance, health care, energy, gaming, finance, technology, and retail, among others.
Prior to practicing in Colorado, Catherine worked as a litigation associate for a prominent international law firm in Silicon Valley, California. While attending law school, Catherine served as a judicial extern to the Honorable James Donato of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
