Colin P. Kane is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department, focusing his practice on commercial litigation matters. As a Ballard Spahr summer associate, Colin drafted memoranda relating to antitrust, intellectual property, labor and employment, media, real estate, and white-collar matters. He also analyzed and edited a bond purchase agreement.
Prior to attending law school, Colin worked in corporate accounting for an alternative asset management firm and a pharmaceutical training agency.
