Erin Kadowaki is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department, focusing her practice on real estate finance matters. Erin frequently represents clients including alternative lenders, insurance companies, and regional banks in a variety of financing transactions secured by commercial real estate and mortgage notes.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Erin worked as a compliance consultant, assisting registered investment advisers with regulatory compliance issues including SEC/state registration, drafting of disclosure documents, compliance program adoption and implementation, marketing material review, and annual compliance testing.
