Greg Jarmas is a commercial finance attorney who advises on legal matters related to financial services, particularly with respect to secured and acquisition financing. Greg represents senior and mezzanine lenders and borrowers in all aspects of leveraged financings. He also has experience providing counsel on a broad spectrum of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions and growth strategy for startups.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Greg worked as a policy research analyst in a government relations firm and was a touring professional golfer.
