Katherine Jackson

Katherine Jackson represents health care clients in regulatory and licensure matters. Her experience includes leading legal work in health care licensing. She manages the regulatory aspects of acquisition transactions for a variety of senior living clients, drives licensing work for senior living facilities nationally (including local and national skilled nursing, assisted living, and senior care companies), and handles state and federal regulatory matters affecting those same health care clients. She is also skilled in drafting resident agreements, arbitration agreements, policies and procedures, and related documents for senior living operators.
