Emily R. Horwitz

Litigation Associate Emily R. Horwitz has a broad and diverse background. Holding an undergraduate degree in neuroscience, Emily is a former Ballard summer associate. She previously interned at the SEC, where she assisted with trial preparations and attended a trial. She also formerly served as a summer law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware, where she researched issues under the Controlled Substances Act, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, False Claims Act, and Small Business Act.
