Mackenzie Holden is a Phoenix-based Business and Transactions associate who focuses on mergers and acquisitions. While attending law school, Mackenzie interned at Ballard Spahr as a summer associate, where she conducted legal research and analysis on construction, real estate, tax, and transactional matters.

Mackenzie gained additional legal experience as an extern for the Arizona Supreme Court Staff Attorney’s Office, an extern for Animal Legal Defense Fund, a contracts teaching assistant at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and as an intern for the Arizona Public Service.
