Craig C. Hoffman is a litigator who focuses on the efficient resolution of disputes to allow his clients to concentrate on the management and growth of their businesses. Craig has an array of litigation experience across numerous industries and has handled disputes ranging from relatively modest dollar amounts to claims worth hundreds of millions of dollars. In consultation with his clients, Craig plans a litigation approach based on his clients’ goals, which may include attempting to achieve a swift resolution of the dispute or preparing for a successful trial and potential appeal.
Craig has extensive civil litigation experience, with an emphasis on disputes involving contract breaches, business torts, distressed real estate and mortgages, deficiency actions, securities litigation, and government investigations. He also has experience defending clients against class actions. Craig handles every aspect of litigation, including initial pleadings and early case-dispositive motions, written discovery, depositions, mediations, motions for summary judgment, presenting oral arguments in court, and trying cases and arbitrations.
