She has served as bond, bank, borrower, credit provider and underwriters' counsel for private placement, public offerings and remarketings of tax-exempt and taxable municipal securities. Rhonda has worked on general obligation and conduit financings for well-known nonprofit Philadelphia institutions, educational and health care institutions, utilities, municipalities, school districts, fire companies and small manufacturing facilities.
