Zach Gorman is a corporate attorney who represents public and private companies, private equity firms, family offices, and nonprofits in a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestments, investments, capital raising, joint ventures, licensing, and general corporate matters. Zach’s experience with such transactions extends to a variety of industries and businesses, including life sciences, medical device, health care, software, clean energy, project development, business services, and manufacturing.
In addition, Zach serves as corporate counsel to a number of clients (including portfolio companies) and, in that role, provides assistance in the structuring and negotiation of a variety of commercial transactions, including joint ventures, operating agreements, stockholders’ agreements, equity incentive plans, and commercial contracts.

- Represented a private equity fund in an investment and recapitalization of a manager of office-based vascular surgery labs
- Represented a medical device company in multiple acquisitions and served as in-house counsel with primary legal responsibility for its global vascular device business
