Katie Gallagher

Katie Gallagher is the Managing Partner of the firm's Portland office. She counsels clients on a wide variety of business matters—including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, commercial contracts, and corporate financings. Through her experience working on deals ranging from straightforward to complex, she understands the importance of tailoring legal solutions to each client’s particular business goals. 

Katie also advises clients with regulatory and compliance matters, helping resolve issues with early childhood education regulatory agencies across the United States. Katie provides guidance on federal, state, and local funding systems and government contracting in the early childhood industry. She also advises on risk management—including insurance and related matters, health and safety, and operational best practices.
