Emily Friedman is a Litigation associate who focuses her practice on securities enforcement and corporate governance litigation matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she worked at a premier Delaware law firm where she drafted dispositive motions and briefs related to breaches of fiduciary duties, special litigation committees, appraisal actions, books and records disputes, breaches of contract, and other corporate issues.
Emily has also led discovery negotiations, meet and confers, assisted with trial preparation, and litigated pro bono cases in the Delaware Family Court and the Justice of the Peace Court.
