Erin Fountaine is a litigation associate who focuses on securities enforcement and corporate governance litigation. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she worked at an Am Law 100 law firm, where she drafted motions, briefs, and other materials involving criminal and civil litigation and investigations. She also supported legal research and analysis, fact and expert witness discovery, and deposition preparation in a range of matters.
Erin previously has served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable John F. Murphy of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as well as an honors legal intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
