Aja D. Finger is an associate in the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Group. While attending law school, Aja interned at Ballard Spahr as a summer associate, where she composed a memorandum outlining the evolution of federal and state actions against the use of dark patterns in consumer finance and analyzed recent developments in cyber litigation.
Aja gained additional legal experience as an intern for the Future of Privacy Forum, the BBB National Programs, and as a student attorney for the Howard University School of Law Intellectual Property Patent Clinic.
Before beginning her law school career, Aja taught Spanish and English for Fulbright and Teach for American Corps.
