A.C. Estacio-Heilich’s practice focuses on defending employers in discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, leaves of absence, disability accommodation, and wrongful termination matters.  

She has extensive experience representing employers of all sizes in litigation in both state and federal court. In addition to litigation, A.C. provides valuable advice and counseling to employers on a wide range of workplace issues, including employee handbook review and drafting, workplace investigations, and management training. A.C. possesses a deep understanding of the nuances of employment law and is dedicated to providing practical solutions to complex legal matters.
